Try These Fitness Shoes

I was at the gym a couple days ago trying to live up to my 2009 resolution to get into better shape and I noticed something interesting. One of the personal trainers was wearing some strange, but really cool shoes as she waltzed around the place working with her clients. These were not your typical, run of the mill cross trainers or basic tennis shoes. No, these were definitely something out of the ordinary and specialized.
I worked up some nerve and approached her in between sets on the triceps machine to find out what this interesting footwear was all about. I found out that she was wearing a brand new pair of MBT Athletic Shoes. The reason I had to ask is that honestly, they have a little bit of a different look to them; almost like walking on rubber rocking chairs. I had to find out more so I asked the trainer what she thought of them.
She told me that MBT Sport Shoes act like a “workout on the go” because they force your lower and upper leg and thigh to flex as you walk or run. In fact, she said, they are the best tool for cellulite reduction she has ever seen.
She also recommended I buy some ankle weights and add those into my daily walking routine to increase the flex and results. I am already to head back to work next week, and plan to take the long walk to the train, just for good measure.
So in addition to running on the treadmill, climbing the stair master and pumping weights at the gym throughout 2009 and beyond, I’ll also be strapping on my MBT sport shoes and ankle weights in hopes of speeding up the process. I feel confident that by summer, I’ll be very much back in shape and in top form to hit the beach.
